The space
This is a quite spacious apartment unit, newly built with a modern design. An access key fob is required for entering the building which provides good security. We get warm sunshine during the day, and it's fairly quiet given it's located in the CBD.

Private rooms with your own access to shared bathroom, kitchen and dining room.
Other things to note
We have a gorgeous and very affectionate indoor cat named Milo.
He mostly sleeps in his mum's bed or wanders around the apartment doing his own thing.
